How to Connect:
1. Choose the correct download:
If you're using a Windows computer, select the "Windows SOS" download option.
If you're using a Mac, select the "Mac SOS" download option.
2. Download and install:
After selecting the appropriate download, the installation file will begin downloading automatically.
3. Launch the application:
Once downloaded, open the application file and this should launch the Splashtop SOS application.
4. Provide the SOS code:
Once the application launches, it will take a few moments and you’ll be given a unique 9-digit code.
Provide this code to the CLIA support person who is trying to assist you.
That's it! You're now connected and ready to receive support.
